Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

We accept refund requests within 30 days of delivery — not from the order date — to allow time for production and shipping.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Unused and undamaged

  • Returned with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

  • Shipped back at the customer’s expense (unless damaged or defective)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label

  • Once we receive the item, we’ll either repair, replace, or refund the item — depending on the situation and availability

We want to make it right and will do our best to resolve any problems quickly.

Non-Refundable Items

The following item(s) are non-refundable

  • License plates mailed to us by customers to be turned into purses
     

Important Note: Once a personal license plate is turned into a purse or other product, it is no longer refundable. Since the plate is personal property and we do not retain ownership of it, we cannot offer refunds once the transformation has been made.

How to Request a Refund
 
To request a refund, email us at littlemomentsllc22@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
