some of our products are made to order and may take 3–5 weeks to build before shipping, unless you have ordered a pre-made product. This allows time for sourcing materials, crafting your item, and ensuring quality. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your item is ready to ship.

We offer shipping within United States, and international shipping is available to select countries.

Lost or Delayed Packages / Incorrect Shipping Information

Once your package leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your item is delayed, please check your tracking information first. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at immediately — we’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
