All commissions are final sale.
I do not accept returns or exchanges on completed custom artwork.
However—your satisfaction matters:
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact me and I’ll do my best to make it right.
❗ Damaged or Lost Items
If your card arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact me within 3 days of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
I will offer a replacement or partial/full refund depending on the situation.
✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations
- Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase
- Once work has started, orders cannot be canceled
